We carefully and lovingly package our goods to ensure that they get to our consumers without damage.In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a unboxing video of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

Here are the terms in which we return the product.

1.If the item you received does not match the one you picked during order confirmation, the product was sent to you in error.

2. If the product you received has a quality issue or a manufacturing flaw.

3. If the merchandise is received broken.

4. Items purchased in sale or discount cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

In above cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 24 hours of receiving it at info@pinachihomes.com

There may be very tiny variations in the texture, color, and size of our handmade items. These organic deviations are not regarded as flaws. We kindly ask our customers to keep in mind that the artists who create these goods handcraft each item individually, adding to the distinctiveness of each final product.

Within a few days of receiving your request mail with images, we will reply to you with the status of your return request. After we’ve approved your return request, we’ll set up a reverse pick-up for the problematic item. For pickup arrangements, it typically takes 2-3 working days, while deliveries to our warehouse take 7-10 days. Within a couple of days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, our quality assurance staff will inspect them, and the reimbursement procedure will begin. Your bank account will thereafter show a result.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, invoices, etc. The item needs to be unopened and in its original state.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 5-6 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
